4th Partner Meeting MAGICIAN – 17th – 18th November 2025, Istanbul, Turkey
In November, the MAGICIAN consortium gathered in Istanbul for its 4th Partner meeting – a great opportunity for all project partners to see their research and experimentation work come to life in a demo setup of the prototype of our MAGICIAN robot including visual, tactile, and grinding functions
During the two-day meeting – hosted by our partner Altinay – MAGICIAN partners discussed latest project progress and planned the next steps in the following months such as the further integration of the robotic solutions and the upcoming 2nd Open Call.
This meeting once again underlined the impressive teamwork of MAGICIAN partners on multiple levels:
- Technical partners advancing robotic solutions
- Linking human-in-the-loop considerations to technical and AI developments
- Continuous support from our use case partners
- Active collaborations with the winners of the first Open Call
Additionally, the five winners of the First Open Call joined the MAGICIAN partners to present their projects and first ideas three months into their collaboration with MAGICIAN. Five startups and SMEs have been selected to integrate new functionalities into MAGICIAN robotics solutions:

- INTROSYS | Industrial Automation & Robotics
- ADA GÜZEY MÜHENDİSLİK R&D
- Yongatek Microelectronics
- Lider Teknoloji Geliştirme (LTG)
In the coming months, MAGICIAN will further extend its collaboration with third parties through a 2nd Open Call that launched on December 1st, aiming at extending MAGICIAN’s capabilities in alternative fields.
After two days of fruitful discussions and interesting insights into the progress of the MAGICIAN robotic solutions, the consortium is ready to take on the next project steps. The next Partner Meeting will take place in Istanbul in spring 2026.
