From 16–17 July 2026, the MAGICIAN project will be present at the 19th International Workshop on Human-Friendly Robotics (HFR 2026), organised by the Interdepartmental Robotics Labs (IDRA), University of Trento.
HFR 2026 brings together researchers and industry professionals working at the forefront of human-centered robotics, with a strong focus on enabling robots to safely and effectively collaborate with humans in both industrial and everyday environments.
This international workshop provides a dedicated platform to discuss recent advances in:
- Human–robot interaction (physical and cognitive)
- Collaborative and social robotics
- Shared control and human-in-the-loop systems
- Safe, adaptive, and ethical robot behaviour
- Applications in manufacturing, healthcare, and service robotics
With its interactive, single-track format, HFR 2026 fosters close exchange between academia and industry, encouraging collaboration and the development of innovative solutions for safe and intelligent human–robot collaboration.
