The company has successfully delivered EU-funded projects including UATMDEV (droneport systems), HybridCAVs (connected autonomous vehicle platooning), and RTwin-CAV (real-time road digital twin).
The Adaptive Robotic Rework System for Automotive Defects (ARRAS) project will enhance the MAGICIAN platform by integrating the functionalities: F1.3 “Rework toolset” and F1.5 “AI-driven defect classification”. It will develop a robotic dent repair toolset and an AI defect detection module using transformer-based models trained on polarized camera data. By combining advanced sensors and AI with an adaptive robotic rework cell, ARRAS will allow the system to identify surface defects and autonomously perform corrective actions in real-time
